Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for completed delivery in the UK and Europe. Overseas (outside Europe) delivery times will vary upon available carriers - all overseas estimated delivery times will be communicated before items are despatched. Items can be expedited via express couriers at an greed rate. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on size, weight and location. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
