SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for completed delivery of original works in the UK. Overseas delivery times will vary upon available carriers - all overseas estimated delivery times will be communicated before items are despatched. Items can be expedited via express couriers at an greed rate.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on size, weight and location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
